Pat Roberts:No need to Ban torture, our constitution prevent people from being torued already!

Lie states: http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory?id=1288037&page=2
Liar
: Pat Roberts. Senator from Kansas, R (of course)

Analysis:

Pat said: "success with detention and interrogation depends on the detainee's fear of the unknown. He suggested that passing a law and putting U.S. policies into a manual would tell detainees too much about what to expect."

He went on to say "As long as you're following the Constitution and there's no torture and no inhumane treatment, I see nothing wrong with saying here is the worst of the worst."

Let me ask this "senator", you want detainees to be fear of "unknow", but if they already know that "As long as you're following the Constitution and there's no torture and no inhumane treatment", why do you think they will still be fear of being tortured? Do you think they are so stupid? or you are too stupid to think through what you said?

Pat Roberts, refused to investigate the misuse of pre-war information by administration, refused to do anything to maintain US's human right high ground, is a dummi as well, he just can't think, and no wonder his words are always false. Like the famous lie he made:

"we are investigating of phase 2" --(2004)

"we are going to start phase 2 investigation" --(2005)

Pat, GOTO HELL
